OUR MANAGEMENT
ABI is currently being registered with the NGO Board Ministry of Internal Affairs and we are also undergoing registration with the Uganda Registration Services Bureau which we are very much sure that by January 2015, we shall have gone through all the registration process.
ABI adheres to the guidelines set out by the NGO Board for all their charities. We report regularly to the NGO Board as well as the Ministry of Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development (MGLSD) and work with both organizations, ensuring that we are accountable to all whom we serve.
Our Executive Board is made up of volunteers who give of their time and expertise for the benefit of all people with disabilities. They are elected to the Board and serve for a period of two years before a new Board is elected. All Board members are not paid any remuneration or director's fees.
