ABI is totally committed to working in partnership with PWDs, families and the community as a whole, in order to promote & develop their integration into society, and to enable them achieve their potential to the fullest so that they can be self-reliant and independent.

ABI believes that all PWDs are defined by their own strengths, abilities and inherent value NOT by their.

Openness

ABI widely shares information and resources, encouraging constructive dialogue and exchanges among all partners to continually refine state-of-the-art knowledge and best practices.

Equity

We believe that PWDs are entitled to respect, dignity, equality, safety and security accorded to other members of the society, and are equal before law.

Self-dependence

ABI believes in self-dependence and self-advocacy. Persons with disabilities with appropriate resources and supports can make dynamic changes in their own lives and families and all they need is the support of everyone in the society.

Unlocking the potentials of our clients through modern technology.

Community

PWDs belong in the community and have fundamental moral, civil and constitutional rights to be fully included and actively participate in all aspects of society.

Participatory Democracy

ABI acts to ensure that all persons with disabilities, their parents, siblings, family members and other concerned members of the public have meaningful opportunities to inform and guide the direction of the organization’s advocacy, including determining policy and positions on important issues. ABI strives for diversity in its leadership, as well as in all facets of work of the organization.

 

Visionary Leadership

ABI leads articulating a positive vision for the future of all persons with disabilities and catalyzes public and private support in realization of that vision through carefully planned and well-executed goals, strategies and actions.

 

Public Interest

ABI represents the public interests, supporting and acting wit and on behalf of all the persons with disabilities and their families regardless of the type of disability or membership with ABI.

 

Collaboration

ABI works with the Government, organizations and coalitions in a collaborative fashion. ABI values and promotes effective partnerships between volunteer and staff leadership at all levels of the organization.
